The 5-Port Gigabit PoE Switch with 4 PSE ports, model IES51000POE, enables Gigabit Ethernet connection and powering of up to 4 devices with available PoE, or a mix of PoE and non-PoE components.
By allowing a computer to be placed anywhere where electrical outlets are not available, this compact PoE switch complies with IEEE 802.3af standards and supplies up to 15.4 W of power per port, with a total power allocation of 62 W. A true no-control switching solution, all 4 ports PSE (“Power Sourcing Equipment”) detect if connected devices support PoE or require only data connectivity, while all 5 ports are capable auto-negotiation between 10/100/1000 Mbps network speed and duplex control.
The Gigabit Ethernet switch includes a rugged and durable metal enclosure for wall mounting, as well as front panel LED indicators to quickly monitor connection speed and status.
