The Mini DisplayPort ™ to DisplayPort adapter cable (3 meters), model MDP2DPMM3MW, includes a Mini DisplayPort connector (male) at one end and a DisplayPort connector (male) at the other end, which allows you to connect any laptop equipped with Mini DisplayPort (including the Mac® product family) to an HDTV monitor, projector, or TV that uses a standard DisplayPort connection.
This Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable supports high definition resolutions up to 4k x 2k (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz, with a maximum HBR2 bandwidth of 21.6 Gbps. It also supports MST (“Multi-Stream”) for serial connection of multiple monitors, as well as optional audio compatibility.
