Pass-through power over USB-C
Connect your laptop’s USB-C power adapter to the port replicator for pass-through power, or power the port replicator and all connected devices via the laptop’s battery when you’re on the go. This feature eliminates the need for additional power adapters and keeps the system organized.
Versatile video connections
They offer video output options for HDMI (4K @ 30Hz) or VGA Full HD (1920 x 1080p) to an external monitor, TV, or projector. This versatility allows the user to confidently connect to various AV configurations in conference rooms and collaboration spaces, while simplifying luggage by eliminating the need to carry additional video adapters and dongles.

Samsung DeX support is available on Kensington USB-C docking stations [SD1500 *, SD1600P, SD2000P, SD4600P **, SD4610P **, SD4620P **, and SD4800P **]. Compatible Samsung models (S8, S8 +, Note 8, S9, S9 +, Note 9, S10, S10 +) must run Android 9 or later and Samsung OS One UI 1.0 or later. Note that Samsung DeX only supports an external display in HD + (1600 × 900), FHD (1920 x 1080) or WQHD (2560 x 1440) with a 16: 9 aspect ratio. * charging is not compatible with this model ** only a single compatible display on these models.
