The Micro USB to HDMI® MHL ™ passive (3 m) cable, model MHDPMM3M, allows you to connect a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device with available MHL to a screen, monitor or HDTV projector with available MHL.
This durable cable offers a simple plug-and-play solution for viewing content (ie photos, audio and video) from a mobile device with MHL available on large screens and home entertainment systems.
This MHL to HDMI cable, which offers both quality and a practical solution, supports 1080p video resolutions and 7.1-channel digital audio output, as well as allowing charging of the digital device when in MHL mode and connected to a screen with MHL available.
Note: Since this is a passive cable, the HDTV screen, monitor, or projector (etc.) must have an MHL. See the device user manual or visit the MHL Consortium website, which contains a list of Products with MHL available. This product does not work with devices that have an 11-pin MHL connector, such as the Samsung S3 and S4 models.\
