The HDMI® to DVI-D Video Adapter Cable, HDDVIFM8IN has a female HDMI connector and a male DVI-D connector that allow a two-way connection between HDMI-capable devices and DVI-capable devices in order to overcome compatibility issues.
The HDMI to DVI dongle has a cable length of 20 cm (end-to-end), so it not only helps reduce voltage on the connectors and prevent damage to the cable but also reduces possible blockages from other nearby ports.
