Important Notes
- Not compatible with a USB-C computer host. Check for the Thunderbolt logo on your computer
- Drivers may be required for Windows 7. Download drivers from the Cable Matters website
- Some laptops only support one external monitor. Please check with the laptop manufacturer.
- Upstream USB-C port does not charge a host laptop. Downstream USB-C port does not support video or charging
- Mac computers with the new M1 chip support only a single external display. This is a limitation of the Mac computer hardware.
